I’m so happy to welcome you into this space. I’m Katelyn, and I am the florist and owner here at Field and Hand. I started this business in 2019 after flowering my own PA wedding, and finding myself looking for ways to get my hands on more blooms. I’ve found so much joy ever since in experimenting with color palettes, appreciating the seasonality of flowers, and educating myself on sustainability within the floral industry (#foamfree!).
I’ve always been a sucker for nostalgia, and my approach to garden style floristry is largely rooted there. My goal is to design pieces that are a celebration, and a reflection, of the people and the moments they are created for; so when you catch a whiff of a Sweet Pea, or look through your wedding album with your grandkids, you are immediately reminded of who, and where you were at the time when those flowers were fresh.
